AT A GLANCE Our community is built on pride, support, and respect for neurodiversity. Be kind, be real, and keep it safe. Harassment, hate, spam, and harmful content aren’t welcome here — we moderate to protect everyone.
ADHD Proud is more than a store — it’s a community. These guidelines apply wherever you engage with us: our website, reviews, comments, social media, and community spaces.
The Vibe We Protect
• Lead with respect and empathy. We celebrate different brains and lived experiences. Treat others the way our community deserves.
• Keep it supportive. Encourage, uplift, and share — this is a judgment-free zone for the ADHD community and its allies.
• Be authentic. Honest reviews and real stories help everyone.
Not Allowed
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted attacks;
• Hate speech or discrimination based on disability, neurotype, race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any protected characteristic;
• Ableist mockery, stigmatizing language, or content that demeans neurodivergent people;
• Sexually explicit content, content involving minors, or anything unlawful;
• Spam, scams, misleading claims, or unauthorized advertising and self-promotion;
• Sharing others’ private information without consent; and
• Impersonating ADHD Proud, our team, or others, or misusing our brand and trademarks.
Health Conversations
Our community may discuss personal experiences, but content shared by members is not medical advice. Please don’t present personal opinions as clinical guidance, and consult a professional for medical decisions. See our Product Disclaimer.
Moderation & Enforcement
• We may remove content, hide comments, or restrict or ban accounts that violate these guidelines, at our discretion and without notice.
• Content you post may be subject to our User-Generated Content terms.
• Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent bans and, where appropriate, reports to platforms or authorities.
