AT A GLANCE When you tag us, use our hashtags, or share content with us, you give ADHD Proud permission to repost and use that content in our marketing, with credit where possible. You keep ownership; you just grant us a license. Don’t post content you don’t have the rights to.
Our community is the heart of the brand. We love sharing your photos, videos, reviews, and stories. This section explains the rights you grant when you share content with or about us.
License You Grant Us
By (a) tagging @adhdproud or our accounts, (b) using our hashtags or branded campaign tags, (c) submitting reviews, photos, or videos to us, or (d) otherwise sharing content featuring our products and indicating you’d like us to use it, you grant ADHD Proud a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that content (“UGC”) across our website, social media, email, ads, and other marketing channels, in any media now known or later developed.
Your Representations
• You own or have all rights necessary to grant this license, and your content doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights;
• Everyone appearing in your content has consented to its use as described (and for minors, a parent/guardian has consented);
• Your content is truthful, lawful, and not misleading, defamatory, hateful, or obscene; and
• You are at least 18, or have par/guardian consent to submit.
Credit, Control & Removal
• We’ll credit creators where reasonably possible (e.g., a social tag), but credit isn’t guaranteed in every format.
• We are not obligated to use any content, and we may edit or crop it for fit and clarity without altering its meaning.
• If you want your content removed from our owned channels, email support@adhd-proud.com and we’ll honor reasonable requests going forward (note: content already distributed or reshared by others may persist).
Influencer & Paid Creator Content
For paid partnerships, ambassador programs, and gifted collaborations, separate written agreements govern usage rights, exclusivity, and licensing terms. Creators must clearly disclose paid or gifted relationships in line with FTC guidelines (e.g., #ad, #sponsored). Content created under a partnership may be licensed to us for the term and uses specified in that agreement.
No Misuse of Our Brand
This license runs one way — you granting rights to us. It does not give you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets except as expressly permitted in writing. See Intellectual Property Protection and our Community Guidelines.
